Westlakes Holiday Cottages have been set-up by the Mossop family following the purchase of Mill Hill Farm in August 2006.

This now award winning development has been granted 5 star and 4 star gold statuses to all the accommodation offered and is personally managed by the Mossop family.

The design of this development was the work of Architect Richard Jefferson of Architects Plus based in Carlisle.

Westlakes holiday cottages is a division of Jacksons Timber Limited a long established timber company with depots throughout Cumbria. The whole development was project managed by the staff of Jacksons Timber Limited.

The Mill Hill Farm development is set in a rural location and yet is close to all local amenities including the beautiful harbour development in Whitehaven and gives easy access to the Western lakes and Cumbrian fells.
